Yes. Both the Occuhub (sensor) and Light Indicator require power.
Each device supports PoE (Power over Ethernet) or USB-C, giving full flexibility depending on your installation.
Yes. The Light Indicator can be purchased as a standalone product. It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or any third party application through our open API.
Yes. The Occuhub sensor can also be purchased separately. It works as a plug-and-play occupancy sensor with data outputs for room usage, air quality, temperature, and humidity. And it integrates with O365 in order to remove Ghostmeetings and Enable Autobooking supporting any scheduling/booking panel that communicate with O365.
.The Occuhub detects presence in the room.
- If a room is booked but no one shows up, it automatically releases the meeting after a set time — freeing it for others to use.
- If someone walks into an unbooked room, the system auto-books the meeting directly into Microsoft 365 or your connected booking platform and your booking or scheduling panel.
Yes. Occulights has a native integration with Microsoft 365 for booking synchronization, ghost meeting removal, and auto-booking.
Does your devices support OTA (Over-The-Air) updates?

However, if you want to do custom setups, use integrations, OTA updates, or cloud analytics, you must run it online — the choice is yours.
Each Occuhub covers up to 1–15 m², depending on ceiling height and room layout.
For larger spaces, multiple sensors can be installed to ensure full coverage. In late Q4 2025 you will be able to “daisy chain” sensors covering larger rooms
