Microsoft Graph and Entra ID Integration Available now!

We’re excited to announce that Occulights now officially integrates with Microsoft Graph and Entra ID—making it easier than ever to connect our room sensor technology with your Microsoft 365 environment.

With this integration, IT admins can now securely link room presence, auto-booking, and ghost meeting removal directly with O365 calendars using standard Microsoft identity and permission frameworks.

What This Means for You

Automatic Room Bookings via Microsoft 365
When someone walks into a meeting room, Occuhub can now create a booking directly in your O365 calendar using Graph API—without requiring a scheduling panel or manual action.

Ghost Meeting Detection + Auto-Release
If a booked meeting room remains empty, the room will be released in real time, freeing it up for others.

Data Privacy & Security
Our integration is built using Microsoft’s secure API framework. Admins grant only the required permissions—Calendars.ReadWrite and Users.Read—keeping your data safe and under control.

IT-Friendly Setup

Setting up the integration is simple and fast. Admins just need:

  • Microsoft 365 or Azure AD environment

  • Entra ID admin access

  • 3 values from the Microsoft Azure Portal (Client ID, Tenant ID, Secret)

Once configured, Occulights connects directly to your Microsoft calendar system—bringing live presence data into action with zero-touch booking and release.
